Operating Instructions

Follow these steps to care for your Cooper the Retriever Puppy:

  1. Assess Cooper's Condition: When Cooper is sad and limping, its cheeks will glow red, and it will make unhappy sounds.
  2. Apply the Splint and Bandages: Slide the provided splint onto Cooper's injured paw. Moisten one of the paper bandages with water and wrap it around the splint to create a cast. Allow the cast to dry.
  3. Decorate the Cast: Once the cast is dry, you can decorate it with markers or stickers (not included) to personalize Cooper's recovery.
  4. Provide Affection: Give Cooper plenty of love and attention. Petting and cuddling will help it feel better. Cooper will react to your touch with various sounds and movements.
  5. Observe Recovery: As Cooper heals, its red cheeks will fade, and it will emit happy sounds.
  6. Remove the Cast: Once Cooper is fully recovered and happy, you can remove the cast.
  7. Watch Cooper Walk: After recovery, Cooper will transform. It will lift its head, stand on its healed paw, and begin to walk and sing happily.
  8. Repeat Play: Cooper can be 'injured' again for endless care and play scenarios. Simply re-apply a new bandage and splint.
