3. Installation Guide
Before installation, ensure your door meets the following requirements:
- Door Thickness: 40mm - 110mm (1.57 inches - 4.33 inches)
- Peephole Diameter: 15mm - 45mm (0.59 inches - 1.77 inches)
Installation Steps:
- Remove your existing peephole viewer from the door.
- Insert the outdoor camera unit through the peephole from the outside of the door. Ensure the camera is facing outwards and is level.
- From the inside of the door, connect the cable from the outdoor unit to the indoor display monitor.
- Secure the indoor display monitor to the door using the provided screw pack, ensuring a snug fit.
- Power on the device.

4. App Setup and Connectivity
To utilize remote viewing and advanced features, download the companion app to your smartphone. The device connects via 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. Please ensure your router is configured for 2.4GHz or that your phone is connected to a 2.4GHz network during setup.
- Scan the QR code in the manual or on the device packaging to download the Bextgoo app from your app store.
- Register an account and log in.
- Follow the in-app instructions to add your device. This typically involves powering on the camera, selecting your Wi-Fi network, and scanning a QR code displayed on your phone with the camera.
