4. Setup and Assembly

The WERHY H5 Electric Scooter requires minimal assembly. Follow these steps to get started:

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Handlebar Attachment: Attach the handlebar to the main stem using the provided four screws and tools. Ensure it is firmly secured.
3. Initial Charge: Before first use, fully charge the scooter's battery. Connect the fast charger to the charging port. A full charge typically takes 3-4 hours. The battery indicator on the display will show charging progress.
4. Folding Mechanism: To fold the scooter, press the red button on the stem, pull down the lever, and fold the top section down until it locks into place at the rear fender. To unfold, reverse the process, lifting the stem until it clicks securely.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press and hold the power button on the display panel to turn the scooter on or off.
2. Headlight/Taillight: With the scooter powered on, press the power button once to toggle the headlight and taillight on or off.
3. Speed Modes: Double-click the power button to cycle through the three speed modes: Eco (7 MPH), Drive (11 MPH), and Sport (19 MPH). The current mode will be displayed on the LCD screen.
4. Acceleration: Use the throttle button located on the right handlebar to accelerate.
5. Braking: Apply the brake handle on the left handlebar to engage the dual braking system.
6. Bell: Use the integrated ring bell next to the brake handle to alert others.
7. Smart App Control: Download the dedicated mobile application and connect via Bluetooth to access additional features such as light control, vehicle settings, digital lock, battery level monitoring, and switching start modes.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your WERHY H5 Electric Scooter.

• Cleaning: Wipe down the scooter with a damp cloth after each use. Avoid using high-pressure water or harsh chemicals.
• Tires: Although solid tires reduce puncture risks, regularly inspect them for wear, cracks, or embedded debris.
• Brakes: Periodically check the brake levers and cables for proper tension and responsiveness. Ensure the drum brake and EABS system are functioning correctly.
