4. Setup and Assembly

Assembly is designed to be straightforward with illustrated instructions. Please follow these steps carefully.

1. Prepare the Base: Insert the casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the chair base. Ensure they are firmly seated.
2. Install Gas Lift: Remove the protective cap from the top of the gas lift cylinder. Insert the wider end of the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the chair base.
3. Attach Seat Plate Mechanism: Secure the seat plate mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion using the provided screws. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat.
4. Attach Armrests: Fasten the armrests to the sides of the seat cushion using the designated screws. Do not overtighten initially.
5. Connect Backrest: Attach the backrest to the seat cushion and armrests using the remaining screws. Once all connections are made, tighten all screws securely.
6. Install Footrest: Slide the extendable footrest into its designated slots under the seat.
7. Place Seat onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered and stable.
8. Attach Lumbar Cushion: Position the detachable lumbar cushion on the backrest for personalized support.

5. Operating Instructions

• Height Adjustment: To adjust the seat height, pull the lever located under the seat upwards. While seated, lift the lever to lower the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while standing or with minimal weight on the seat. Release the lever to lock the height.
• 360° Swivel: The chair is designed to rotate 360 degrees, allowing for easy movement and access to your workspace without needing to reposition the entire chair.
• Recline Function: The backrest can be reclined to three distinct positions:
  • 90° (Upright): Ideal for focused work and maintaining an alert posture.
  • 120° (Relaxed): Suitable for brainstorming, phone calls, or light reading.
  • 135° (Reclined): Perfect for short breaks, napping, or extended relaxation.
  Use the recline lever (typically on the side) to adjust and lock the backrest at your desired angle.

• Extendable Footrest: Pull the footrest out from under the seat when you wish to recline and elevate your legs. Push it back in when not in use.
