Operating Instructions

Maintenance

Cleaning Grease Filters: The 5-layer aluminum grease filters capture cooking grease and should be cleaned regularly (approximately every 2-4 weeks, depending on usage).
- To remove filters: Locate the release latches, push them in, and pull the filter downwards.
- Hand Washing: Wash filters in hot soapy water. Use a soft brush to remove stubborn grease. Rinse thoroughly and allow to dry completely before re-installing.
- Dishwasher Cleaning: Filters are dishwasher safe. Place them in the dishwasher on a low-temperature cycle. Note that discoloration may occur but will not affect performance.

Replacing Charcoal Filters (Recirculation Mode Only): If using recirculation mode, charcoal filters (CF03) need to be replaced every 3-6 months, depending on usage. These filters are not washable and cannot be regenerated.
Cleaning Exterior Surfaces: Wipe the exterior of the hood with a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals.
