3. Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your juicer before first use:
- Place the motor base on a stable, flat surface.
- Insert the juicing bowl onto the motor base, ensuring it clicks into place securely.
- Place the desired strainer (juice, sorbet, or nut milk) into the juicing bowl.
- Insert the auger into the center of the strainer, twisting gently until it seats properly.
- Attach the hopper/feed chute assembly onto the juicing bowl, aligning the marks and rotating until it locks.
- Position the juice cup under the juice spout and the pulp container under the pulp ejector.
- Ensure all parts are securely locked before plugging in the appliance.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing Ingredients
- Wash all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
- For most fruits and vegetables, pre-cutting is not necessary due to the 6-inch extra-wide feed chute. Whole apples, pears, and large celery bunches can be inserted directly.
- Remove hard pits from fruits like peaches, cherries, or plums.
- For leafy greens, roll them into a tight ball before inserting.

4.2 Juicing Process
- Ensure the juicer is properly assembled with the Juice Strainer installed.
- Plug the power cord into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Turn on the juicer.
- Slowly feed prepared ingredients into the feed chute. Use the food pusher only if necessary to gently guide ingredients. Do not force ingredients.
- The juice will flow into the juice cup, and the pulp will be ejected into the pulp container.
- For continuous juicing, the 90oz large capacity hopper allows for significant batch processing.
- When finished, turn off the juicer and unplug it.

4.3 Using the 3-in-1 Strainers (Sorbet & Nut Milk)
