Operating Instructions

General Operation

  • Ensure the juicer is properly assembled and plugged into a power outlet.
  • Place the juice cup under the juice spout and the pulp filter/cup under the pulp ejector.
  • The 6-inch extra-wide feed chute allows for whole fruits and vegetables, reducing prep time. For very hard or fibrous ingredients, it is recommended to cut them into smaller pieces.
  • Turn on the juicer. Slowly feed ingredients into the chute. Use the pusher only if necessary to guide ingredients.
  • The juicer features a self-precut system to handle larger produce efficiently.
  • The quiet AC brushless motor operates at approximately 35dB, providing a low-noise juicing experience.

Juicing (Using Juice Strainer)

Use the juice strainer for extracting liquid from fruits and vegetables. The cold press technology ensures maximum juice yield and nutrient retention.

Sorbet Making (Using Sorbet Strainer)

To make sorbet, use the sorbet strainer. Ensure fruits are frozen solid before feeding them into the juicer. The juicer will process them into a smooth, creamy sorbet texture.

Nut Milk Preparation (Using Juice Strainer)

For nut milk, soak nuts (e.g., almonds, cashews) overnight, then rinse. Use the juice strainer and feed the soaked nuts slowly, alternating with a small amount of water if needed. The juicer efficiently separates the pulp from the milk.
