- Initial Cleaning: Before first use, wipe the inside of the wax pot with a damp cloth. Ensure it is completely dry before adding wax.
- Add Wax: Place the heat-insulating grid at the bottom of the wax pot. Add 2-3 packs of paraffin wax (approximately 400-600g) into the machine. For hands, a minimum of 4 packs (800g) is recommended. For feet, a maximum of 8 packs (1600g) can be used.
- Power Connection: Plug the machine into a standard 110V/60Hz electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions
1. Melting the Wax
- Press the power button on the touchscreen control panel to turn on the machine.
- Set the desired temperature using the '+' and '-' buttons. The machine can heat wax up to 167°F (75°C). For quick melting, set to the maximum temperature.
- The wax will fully dissolve in approximately 15-30 minutes, depending on the amount of wax and initial temperature setting.
- Once the wax is melted, it is recommended to lower the temperature to 113-122°F (45-50°C) for safe and comfortable use, especially for sensitive skin. Long-press the temperature button to toggle between Fahrenheit (°F) and Celsius (°C).
2. Applying the Wax
- Ensure the wax has reached a safe and comfortable temperature (113-122°F / 45-50°C).
- Slowly dip your hand, foot, or elbow into the melted paraffin wax. Immediately withdraw and allow the wax to solidify slightly.
- Repeat the dipping process 3-5 times to build up a thick layer of wax.
- Immediately after the final dip, place a PE liner (plastic glove/boot) over the waxed area.
- For enhanced heat retention, put on the thermal glove or boot over the plastic liner.
- Allow the wax to remain on your skin for approximately 15-20 minutes. This allows the skin to fully absorb the nutrients and benefit from the warmth.

3. Removing the Wax
- After 15-20 minutes, remove the thermal glove/boot and the plastic liner. The wax should peel off easily with the liner.
- Discard the used wax and plastic liner. Do not reuse wax that has been in contact with skin for hygiene reasons.
- Enjoy your smooth and soft skin.
4. Timer Settings
The machine features 4 auto-shutoff timer options to customize your treatment duration:
- 0.5 hours (30 minutes) - Quick/Local care
- 1.0 hour (60 minutes) - Body/Daily care
- 1.5 hours (90 minutes) - Special care
- 2.0 hours (120 minutes) - Professional nourishment
Once the wax is melted, you can activate the 'Keep-Warm' mode or select a timer setting to maintain the desired temperature for multiple users or extended sessions.

Maintenance and Cleaning
- Power Off: Always unplug the machine from the power outlet before cleaning.
- Wax Removal: After use, if there is remaining wax, slightly heat it to loosen it from the pot. Once loosened, carefully pour out the wax.
- Recycling Wax: The used wax can be collected and recycled until it becomes unclear or contaminated.
- Cleaning the Pot: Use a clean, dry cloth to wipe the melting pot and the heat-insulating grid. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the unit in water.
- Exterior Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the machine with a soft, damp cloth.
- Storage: Store the machine in a cool, dry place when not in use.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Machine does not turn on. | Not plugged in; Power outlet issue; Machine fault. | Ensure power cord is securely plugged in. Test outlet with another appliance. Contact customer support if issue persists. |
| Wax not melting or melting slowly. | Temperature set too low; Too much wax; Insufficient heating time. | Increase temperature setting. Reduce amount of wax. Allow more time for heating. |
| Wax is too hot. | Temperature set too high. | Lower the temperature setting to 113-122°F (45-50°C) before use. Allow wax to cool. |
| Wax is difficult to remove from skin. | Wax layer too thin; Not enough dips. | Ensure 3-5 layers of wax are applied. Allow sufficient time for wax to cool on skin before peeling. |
