4. Assembly and Setup

Assembly typically requires basic hand tools (not included). Follow these general steps for assembly:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out. Verify against the package contents list.
2. Assemble Frame: Connect the main frame components using the provided hardware. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely.
3. Attach Axle and Wheels: Install the axle onto the frame. Mount the pneumatic tires onto the axle, securing them with the appropriate washers and cotter pins. Ensure tires are properly inflated to the recommended pressure (refer to tire sidewall).
4. Install Cargo Bed: Secure the cargo bed panels to the frame.
5. Attach Mesh Sides: If desired, attach the removable mesh side panels to the cargo bed. These panels provide additional containment for bulky items.
6. Connect Hitch: Assemble and attach the hitch mechanism to the front of the trailer frame.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Connecting to a Towing Vehicle

• Align the trailer hitch with the towing vehicle's hitch receiver.

• Ensure the connection is firm and there is no excessive play.

5.2. Loading the Trailer

• Ensure the trailer is on level ground and securely attached to the towing vehicle or chocked to prevent movement.

5.3. Towing the Trailer

• Drive slowly and cautiously, especially when towing a loaded trailer.
• Be aware of the increased length and weight of your vehicle combination when turning or maneuvering.
• The pneumatic tires are designed for smooth movement over various terrains, including grass, dirt, and gravel. However, avoid excessively rough or unstable ground.

5.4. Unloading the Trailer (Quick-Dump System)

• Position the trailer at the desired unloading location.
• Engage the manual hand lever or press the rear foot pedal to release the cargo bed latch.
• The cargo bed will tilt, allowing for controlled and efficient unloading of materials.
• Once unloaded, push the cargo bed back into its horizontal position until the latch engages securely.
