Dual Basket Functionality (Match & Sync):

The Prestige Air Duo allows for independent cooking in its two 6L baskets or synchronized cooking.

  • Independent Cooking: Set different temperatures and times for Basket 1 and Basket 2 to cook two different dishes simultaneously.
  • Match Function: Use the 'Match' button to quickly apply the settings (time and temperature) from one basket to the other, ensuring both baskets cook identically.
  • Sync Function: The 'Sync' function allows both baskets to finish cooking at the same time, even if they started at different times or with different cooking durations. This is useful for coordinating meal readiness.

The see-through glass window allows you to monitor the cooking progress without opening the baskets, helping to maintain consistent cooking temperatures.

Maintenance

Cleaning:

  1. Always unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
  2. The cooking baskets and nonstick grates should be cleaned with warm, soapy water and a non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
  3. Note: The baskets are not dishwasher safe.
  4. Wipe the exterior of the appliance with a damp cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
  5. The air fryer features smoke-free technology for cleaner cooking, reducing the need for extensive cleaning of surrounding areas.

Storage:

Ensure the appliance is clean and dry before storing. The foldable control panel can be tucked away to maintain a clutter-free and sleek look, optimizing counter space.

Troubleshooting

  • Appliance Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check your household's circuit breaker.
  • Food Not Cooking Evenly: Ensure not to overfill the baskets. Shake or flip food items halfway through cooking for best results. Verify the correct temperature and time settings are applied.
  • White Smoke from Appliance: This may occur if fatty foods are cooked or if there is residual grease from previous use. Clean the baskets and heating element thoroughly. If smoke persists, unplug immediately.
  • Unusual Odor: A slight odor may be present during the first few uses. This is normal and will dissipate. Ensure proper ventilation.
  • Control Panel Not Responding: Unplug the appliance, wait a few minutes, then plug it back in to reset the system.
