Assembly Instructions
Follow these steps to assemble your Sweetcrispy Ergonomic Office Chair:
- Attach Casters to Base: Insert each of the five casters into the holes at the end of each leg of the 5-star base. Push firmly until they click into place.
- Insert Gas Lift: Place the gas lift cylinder into the center hole of the assembled 5-star base.
- Attach Mechanism to Seat: Align the mechanism with the screw holes on the underside of the seat cushion. Ensure the front of the mechanism faces the front of the seat. Secure with screws using the provided hex key.
- Attach Armrests: If not pre-attached, secure the armrests to the seat cushion using the designated screws.
- Attach Backrest to Seat: Align the backrest with the mounting plate on the seat mechanism. Secure with screws.
- Assemble Seat onto Gas Lift: Carefully place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift cylinder, ensuring it is centered.
- Attach Headrest: Slide the headrest into the top of the backrest until it locks into position. Adjust as desired.
- Attach Footrest: Slide the retractable footrest into its designated slots under the seat.

Operating Instructions
Your Sweetcrispy Ergonomic Office Chair offers several adjustable features for personalized comfort:
- Seat Height Adjustment: Locate the lever on the right side under the seat. To raise the seat, lift the lever while taking your weight off the chair. To lower the seat, lift the lever while seated. Release the lever to lock the height. The seat height adjusts smoothly via the pneumatic cylinder.
- Recline and Lock Function: Push the lever on the left side under the seat outwards to unlock the backrest for reclining (90° to 135° tilt). Lean back to your desired angle, then push the lever inwards to lock the backrest in place.
- Headrest Adjustment: The headrest can be adjusted up/down and tilted back/forth to provide optimal neck and head support. Gently push or pull the headrest to position it comfortably.
- Retractable Footrest: Pull the footrest out from under the seat to extend it. Push it back in when not in use. This feature is designed for relaxation during breaks.
