Setup

1. Charging the Battery

Before initial use, fully charge the scanner. Connect the scanner to a power source (e.g., computer USB port or USB wall adapter) using the provided USB cable. The LED indicator will show charging status.

USB Wired Connection:

  1. Connect the scanner to your computer using the provided USB cable.
  2. The scanner will be recognized as a keyboard input device.
  3. Scan barcodes directly into any text field.

2.4G Wireless Connection:

  1. Plug the USB receiver into an available USB port on your computer.
  2. The scanner will automatically pair with the receiver.

Bluetooth Connection:

  1. Turn on the scanner.

Operating Instructions

1. Trigger Modes

The scanner supports multiple trigger modes:

  • Button Mode: Press the trigger button to scan each barcode.
  • Continuous Mode: The scanner continuously emits a scanning beam, automatically reading barcodes as they are presented.
  • Auto-sense Mode: The scanner activates the scanning beam when a barcode is detected within its field of view.

2. Scanning Barcodes

  1. Ensure the scanner is powered on and connected to your device.
  2. Point the scanning window at the barcode.
  3. Press the trigger button (if in Button Mode) or present the barcode (in Continuous/Auto-sense Mode).
  4. A successful scan will be indicated by a beep (buzzer) and an LED flash.
  5. The decoded barcode data will appear in the active text field on your connected device.

Maintenance

1. Cleaning

To maintain optimal scanning performance, keep the scanning window clean. Use a soft, lint-free cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild cleaning solution. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.

2. Battery Care

To prolong battery life, avoid fully discharging the battery frequently. Charge the scanner regularly, especially if it will be stored for an extended period.

3. Durability

The scanner is constructed from ABS+PC durable materials and is designed to withstand drops from up to 1 meter. While robust, avoid unnecessary impacts to ensure longevity.

Troubleshooting
