3. Setup

3.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge the Cleer ARC 5 earbuds and their charging case. Connect the provided charging cable to the case and a USB power source. The case's touchscreen will indicate charging status. A 5-minute quick charge provides up to 2 hours of playback.

3.2 Initial Pairing

  1. Ensure the earbuds are in the charging case and the case is charged.
  2. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, tablet, etc.), go to Bluetooth settings and select "Cleer ARC 5" from the list of available devices.
  4. Confirm the pairing on your device.

For seamless pairing with iPhone and iPad, Apple MFi certification is supported.

3.3 Cleer+ App Installation

Download the Cleer+ App from your device's app store. The app allows for customization of EQ settings, firmware updates, and personalized sound profiles.

4. Operating Instructions

4.1 Wearing the Earbuds

The ARC 5 earbuds feature an ergonomic open-ear design with ear hooks for a secure and comfortable fit. Position the ear hook over your ear and gently place the speaker portion near your ear canal without inserting it directly. This design allows for situational awareness.
