2. Safety Instructions
WARNING: Failure to follow these safety instructions may result in serious injury or death.
- Always inspect the hoist, wire rope, hooks, and support arm for damage before each use. Do not operate if any components are damaged.
- Ensure the mounting structure can safely support the hoist's weight and the maximum load capacity.
- Do not exceed the rated load capacity (300 kg for single lift, 600 kg for double lift).
- Keep hands and body clear of moving parts, especially the wire rope and hooks, during operation.
- Never lift people or animals.
- Do not leave a suspended load unattended.
- Ensure the load is balanced and securely attached to the hook(s).
- Operate the hoist using the provided remote control only.
- Avoid operating the hoist in wet or damp conditions.
- Disconnect power before performing any maintenance or adjustments.
- The hoist is equipped with a limit switch to prevent over-lifting. Ensure it functions correctly.
3. Product Components and Features
The TEENO Electric Hoist system includes the main hoist unit, a support arm, and various mounting hardware. Familiarize yourself with the components before installation and operation.

4. Setup and Installation
Proper installation is crucial for the safe operation of your TEENO Electric Hoist. Ensure you have all components and the necessary tools before beginning.
4.1 Mounting the Support Arm
The support arm must be securely mounted to a sturdy vertical surface, such as a wall or pillar, capable of bearing the maximum load. Use appropriate fasteners for your mounting surface (not included).
- Position the mounting plate of the support arm at the desired height. Mark the drilling points.
- Drill holes and securely fasten the mounting plate using heavy-duty anchors and bolts suitable for your wall material.
- Attach the main support arm to the mounting plate, ensuring all pins and bolts are correctly inserted and tightened.
4.2 Attaching the Electric Hoist
Once the support arm is firmly installed, attach the electric hoist unit to the arm.
- Slide the hoist mounting brackets onto the support arm.
- Secure the hoist to the arm using the provided bolts, washers, and nuts. Ensure all connections are tight.
- Verify that the hoist can move freely along the arm if designed for lateral movement, or is fixed securely if not.

4.3 Electrical Connection
Connect the hoist to a standard 220V power supply. Ensure the power outlet is properly grounded and protected by a circuit breaker.
5. Operating Instructions
Before operating, ensure all safety checks are completed and the hoist is securely installed.
5.1 Lifting Modes
The TEENO Electric Hoist offers two lifting modes:
- Single Lifting Mode: For loads up to 300 kg. The hook is directly attached to the wire rope. Lifting speed is approximately 6 meters per minute.
- Double Lifting Mode: For loads up to 600 kg. A pulley hook is used to double the lifting capacity. Lifting speed is approximately 12 meters per minute.

Image: Comparison of single and double lifting modes. The image shows the hoist configured for single lifting (direct hook, 6m/min) and double lifting (using a pulley hook, 12m/min, double load capacity).
5.2 Operating the Remote Control
The hoist is controlled via a wired remote control with simple up and down buttons.
- Press the UP button to raise the load.
- Press the DOWN button to lower the load.
- Release the button to stop the hoist. The hoist will automatically brake.
- The emergency stop button (usually red) will immediately cut power to the hoist. Use it in case of an emergency.
5.3 Adjusting the Support Arm
The support arm can be adjusted up to 180 degrees to optimize the lifting range. Loosen the locking mechanism, adjust the arm to the desired angle, and securely tighten the locking mechanism before lifting any load.
6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your electric hoist.
- Daily Inspection: Check the wire rope for fraying, kinks, or damage. Inspect hooks for deformation or cracks. Ensure all bolts and connections are tight.
- Lubrication: Periodically lubricate the wire rope and moving parts according to manufacturer recommendations (refer to specific lubricant instructions if provided).
- Cleaning: Keep the hoist and motor housing clean and free from dust and debris to ensure proper cooling.
- Electrical Checks: Inspect the power cord and remote control cable for damage.
- Limit Switch Test: Periodically test the limit switch by slowly raising the hook without a load to ensure it stops the hoist at the upper limit.
Note: For any complex repairs or internal component issues, contact qualified service personnel. Do not attempt to disassemble the motor or gearbox yourself.
