4. Assembly Instructions

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Unpacking and Preparation: Carefully unpack all components. Lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches. Verify all parts against the parts list in your physical manual.
2. Assemble Base Frame: Begin by connecting the main horizontal and vertical frame pieces for the lower bed. Refer to the manual for specific screw sizes (e.g., M8x55mm, M8x70mm) and ensure correct orientation of holes. Do not fully tighten screws yet.
3. Attach Side Rails: Secure the side rails to the assembled base frame. Ensure all connections are aligned before partially tightening.
4. Install Upper Bunk Frame: Carefully lift and attach the upper bunk frame to the vertical supports. This step is best performed with two people.
5. Secure Bed Slats: Insert the metal bed slats into both the upper and lower bunk frames. The embedded slat design allows for easy, snap-on installation. Ensure all 16 densely spaced slats are properly seated.
6. Attach Desk and Storage Shelf: Mount the desk and overhead storage shelf to the designated frame sections. Use the specified hardware (e.g., M6x12mm for desk, M8x40mm for shelf supports).
