Operating Instructions

Fill the pot with your desired dry goods. Do not overfill; leave sufficient space for the lid to close properly.
Place the lid firmly onto the pot. Ensure it is centered and sits flush with the rim.
To create a vacuum seal, press the large central button on the lid repeatedly until you feel resistance and hear the air being expelled. The button will depress slightly when a vacuum is achieved.
To release the vacuum and open the pot, press the small oval button located on the side of the lid. You will hear a hiss as air enters, and the central button will rise. Then, lift the lid off.

Maintenance and Care
