1. Introduction

This manual provides essential instructions for the safe and effective setup, operation, and maintenance of your ActiveTrail 20x33 ft Heavy Duty Party Tent. This expansive canopy is designed for various outdoor events, offering spacious coverage with removable sidewalls and a waterproof roof. Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use.

2. Safety Information

• Wind Conditions: Always use the included ground stakes or expansion anchors to secure the tent, especially in windy conditions. Failure to do so can result in damage to the tent or injury.
• Heat and Flames: Keep the tent away from all heat sources and open flames. The tent material is not fireproof.

4. Setup Instructions

Follow these steps for proper assembly of your party tent. It is recommended to have at least 2-4 people for assembly.

4.1 Site Selection

Choose a flat, level area free from overhead obstructions and sharp objects. Ensure adequate space for the tent's dimensions (approximately 20x33 ft) and for securing ropes and stakes.

4.2 Frame Assembly

1. Unpack all components and lay them out, identifying each part according to the package list.
2. Begin by assembling the roof frame. Connect the shorter galvanized steel pipes using the appropriate connectors (T-shaped, cross-shaped) to form the rectangular roof structure. Ensure all spring buttons click into place for a secure connection.
3. Attach the longer leg poles to the assembled roof frame. Lift the structure carefully, with multiple people, and insert the leg poles into the connectors.

4.3 Roof Cover Installation

4.4 Sidewall and Door Installation

4.5 Securing the Tent

5.1 Sidewall Configuration

The tent features 6 removable sidewalls and 2 zippered doors. These can be configured in multiple ways:

• Fully Enclosed: Attach all sidewalls and doors for maximum protection from elements and privacy.
• Partial Dismantling: Remove some sidewalls to create open sections for airflow or entry/exit points.
• Complete Dismantling: Remove all sidewalls and doors to use the tent as an open canopy.

5.2 Ventilation

The church-style windows on the sidewalls, combined with the removable panels, allow for excellent cross-ventilation, which is beneficial during warmer weather events.

6. Maintenance

Proper maintenance will extend the life of your ActiveTrail Party Tent.

• Cleaning: Clean the PE fabric roof and sidewalls with mild soap and water. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material. Rinse thoroughly and allow to air dry completely before storage.
• Frame Care: Inspect the galvanized steel frame periodically for any signs of rust or damage. Clean any dirt or debris from the poles and connectors.

• Water Pooling on Roof: Ensure the roof cover is stretched tightly and evenly over the frame. Adjust the tension using the elastic ball straps. If pooling persists, check for any sagging frame sections.
