1. Setup

1.1 What's in the Box

1.2 Charging the Speaker

Before initial use, fully charge the speaker. Connect the provided Type-C charging cable to the speaker's charging port and a suitable USB power adapter (not included). The charging indicator light will illuminate red during charging. Once fully charged, the red light should turn off. Note: Some units may not display a blue light upon full charge; the absence of the red light indicates a full charge.

1.3 Powering On/Off

Press and hold the power button located on the control panel to turn the speaker on or off.

1.4 Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the speaker is powered on and in Bluetooth pairing mode (indicated by a flashing Bluetooth light).
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  3. Select "BUGANI M83 PRO" from the list of devices.
  4. Once connected, the speaker will indicate a successful pairing, and the Bluetooth light will become solid.

1.5 True Wireless Stereo (TWS) Pairing

To achieve a 120W stereo sound experience, two BUGANI Shock M83 PRO speakers can be paired together:

  1. Ensure both speakers are powered on and not connected to any other Bluetooth device.
  2. On one speaker, press the TWS pairing button (often labeled 'M' or a dedicated TWS icon). This speaker will become the primary unit.
  3. The primary speaker will search for the secondary speaker. Once connected, both speakers will play audio in synchronized stereo.

2. Operating Instructions

2.1 Basic Controls

The speaker features a control panel with various buttons:

  • Power Button: Press and hold to turn on/off.
  • Volume Up (+): Press to increase volume.
  • Volume Down (-): Press to decrease volume.
  • Play/Pause Button: Press to play or pause audio.
  • Mode (M) Button: Press to switch between Bluetooth, AUX, and TF Card modes.
  • Previous Track Button: Press to go to the previous track.
  • Next Track Button: Press to go to the next track.

2.2 Audio Playback

  • Bluetooth Mode: After successful pairing, audio from your connected device will play through the speaker.
  • AUX Mode: Connect an audio device using the provided 3.5mm AUX cable. The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode or can be selected using the Mode button.
  • TF Card Mode: Insert a TF (microSD) card with audio files into the designated slot. The speaker will automatically begin playback or can be selected using the Mode button.

2.3 Hands-Free Calling

The built-in microphone allows for hands-free calling when connected via Bluetooth. When a call comes in, press the Play/Pause button to answer or end the call.

2.4 Power Bank Function

The speaker features a large-capacity built-in battery that can be used to charge your smartphone or other USB-powered devices via a USB cable (not included). Connect your device to the speaker's USB output port.

3. Maintenance

3.1 Water Resistance (IPX6)

The BUGANI Shock M83 PRO speaker is rated IPX6 waterproof. This means it can resist high-pressure, heavy sprays of water from any direction. It is suitable for outdoor use and can withstand rain or splashes, but it should not be submerged in water.

3.2 Cleaning

3.3 Storage

4. Troubleshooting

4.1 No Power

  • Ensure the speaker is fully charged.
  • Check the charging cable and adapter for damage and ensure they are properly connected.

4.2 Cannot Connect via Bluetooth

  • Ensure the speaker is in Bluetooth pairing mode (flashing indicator).
  • Make sure your device's Bluetooth is enabled and within the 100-foot range.
  • Forget the speaker from your device's Bluetooth list and attempt to re-pair.
  • If multiple devices are trying to connect, disconnect other devices and try again.
  • To reset Bluetooth on the speaker, press and hold the Bluetooth button until it starts flashing.

4.3 No Sound or Low Volume

  • Adjust the volume on both the speaker and your connected device.
  • Ensure the correct input mode (Bluetooth, AUX, TF Card) is selected.
  • Check if the AUX cable is securely connected if using AUX mode.

4.4 Charging Indicator Light Issue

If the red charging light turns off but a blue light does not appear, this typically indicates that the battery is fully charged. The absence of the red light is the primary indicator of a complete charge.
