3. Setup
The SQUATZ 2-in-1 Walking Pad Treadmill arrives fully assembled, requiring minimal setup before first use.
3.1 Unpacking and Placement
- Carefully remove the treadmill from its packaging.
- Place the treadmill on a firm, level surface. Ensure there is at least 2 feet (60 cm) of clear space behind the treadmill and 1 foot (30 cm) on each side.
- Unfold the handlebar if you intend to use the treadmill in upright mode. Ensure it clicks securely into place.
3.2 Connecting Power
- Locate the power cable (US / Canada Plug) included in the package.
- Plug the power cable into the treadmill's power input port.
- Plug the other end of the power cable into a grounded electrical outlet.

4. Operating Instructions
The treadmill offers various modes and controls for a customized workout experience.
4.1 Power On/Off
- To power on, press the power button on the treadmill's LED display panel or the remote control.
- To power off, press and hold the power button until the display turns off.
4.2 Operating Modes

- Walking Mode: When the handlebar is folded down, the treadmill operates as a walking pad with a speed range of 0.5 to 3.7 MPH.
- Running Mode: When the handlebar is upright, the treadmill can be used for running, with a maximum speed of 3.7 MPH.
- Vibration Mode: The integrated vibration plates can be activated independently or during a workout. There are 4 adjustable vibration modes.

4.3 LED Display and Remote Control

The LED display panel provides real-time tracking of:
- Time
- Speed
- Step Count
- Distance
- Vibration Mode (if active)
Use the remote control to:
- Start/Stop the treadmill.
- Adjust speed (increase/decrease).
- Select preset programs.
- Control vibration intensity.
4.4 Preset Programs
The treadmill features 12 preset programs designed to vary speed and intensity for different workout goals. Refer to the remote control or display panel for program selection and details.
4.5 Bluetooth & App Integration

The treadmill supports Bluetooth connectivity for integration with compatible fitness applications. This allows for enhanced tracking of workout data, setting goals, and personalized training sessions. Refer to the app's instructions for pairing and usage.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and optimal performance of your treadmill.
5.1 Cleaning
- Daily: Wipe down the display and frame with a soft, damp cloth after each use to remove sweat and dust.
- Weekly: Vacuum around and under the treadmill to prevent dust and debris from accumulating in the motor area.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as they may damage the treadmill's finish or electronic components.
5.2 Belt Lubrication
The running belt requires periodic lubrication to reduce friction and extend its lifespan. Use the provided silicone oil.
- Turn off and unplug the treadmill.
- Loosen the rear roller bolts using the L spanner to slightly lift the belt.
- Apply a small amount of silicone oil evenly under the center of the running belt.
- Tighten the rear roller bolts, ensuring the belt is centered and tensioned correctly.
- Plug in the treadmill and run it at a low speed (e.g., 1 MPH) for 5 minutes to distribute the lubricant.
Frequency: Lubricate every 3 months or after 50 hours of use, whichever comes first.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your treadmill, refer to the following common solutions:
