- On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.

- Once paired, the indicator light will flash blue slowly, and you will hear a connection confirmation.
The headphones will automatically attempt to reconnect to the last paired device when powered on.
4.4 MP3 Mode (Music Transfer)
The AirSwim Neo features a built-in 32GB memory for offline music playback, ideal for swimming or when a Bluetooth connection is not desired.
- Connect the magnetic charging/data cable to the headphones.
- Connect the USB end of the cable to your computer. The headphones will be recognized as a removable disk.
- Drag and drop your desired music files (MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC formats are supported) into the headphone's storage folder.

5.5 Waterproof Usage (Swimming)
For swimming and other water-based activities, it is recommended to use the MP3 mode. Bluetooth signals do not transmit effectively through water. Ensure the charging port is clean and dry before and after water exposure. The IP68 rating allows submersion up to 2 meters.
6. Maintenance
6.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the headphones with a soft, damp cloth after each use, especially after workouts or swimming.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, alcohol, or chemical solvents, as these can damage the silicone material and waterproof seals.
- Ensure the charging port is free of debris and dry before charging.
6.2 Storage
Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Avoid placing heavy objects on the headphones to prevent damage to the frame.
6.3 Waterproof Care
After using the headphones in chlorinated or saltwater, rinse them thoroughly with fresh water and allow them to air dry completely before charging or storing. This helps prevent corrosion and maintains the integrity of the waterproof seals.
7. Troubleshooting
- No Power: Ensure the headphones are fully charged. If the issue persists, try a different charging cable or USB port.
- No Sound: Check the volume level on both the headphones and your connected device. Ensure the headphones are correctly paired in Bluetooth mode or that music files are properly loaded in MP3 mode.
- Cannot Pair Bluetooth: Ensure the headphones are in pairing mode (red and blue flashing light). Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth, then try pairing again. Clear previous pairings on your device if necessary.
- Music Transfer Issues: Verify the magnetic charging/data cable is securely connected. Ensure music files are in supported formats (MP3, WMA, WAV, APE, FLAC). Try connecting to a different USB port on your computer.
- Poor Call Quality: Ensure the microphone is not obstructed. Check for strong Bluetooth connection. The AI Call Noise Reduction feature works best in moderately noisy environments.
If problems persist, refer to the support section for further assistance.
