2. Setup and Installation

2.1 Package Contents

2.2 Installation Overview

The Roinvou Android 15 Car Radio is designed for a seamless fit into Ford Focus 1998-2005 models. Professional installation is recommended. Ensure the vehicle's power is disconnected before beginning installation.

2.3 Wiring Connections

Carefully connect all cables according to the wiring diagram. Ensure secure connections to prevent malfunctions.

2.4 Backup Camera Wiring

Connect the included rear view camera for enhanced safety during parking and reversing. Follow the diagram for correct wiring.

• The white plug must be connected to the car radio for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi signals.
• Connect the black wire to GND (ground).
• Connect the red wire to Power+ and the reversing lamp.
• Link the reverse trigger wire to the rear-view camera.
• Connect the power cable to the red port of the camera.

2.5 Steering Wheel Control (SWC) Setup

The unit supports steering wheel controls for convenience and safety. The setup method depends on whether your vehicle has a CANbus decoder.

• Without CANbus Decoder: Connect the plugs or the steering wheel control wires (Key1/Key2) in the power cable to the corresponding port or wire of your original car. Then, go to 'steeringwheelkey' in the settings and manually match to activate the button function.
• With CANbus Decoder: Connect the CANbus before powering on the machine. Then, follow this path: Apps -> Settings -> Factory settings (1234) -> CAN Settings. Select the brand of the CANbus decoder and then the matching model and year according to the actual situation to make SWC work properly.
