1. Introduction

2. Important Safety Instructions

• Read all instructions before using the appliance.
• Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
• To protect against electrical shock, do not immerse cord, plugs, or the appliance in water or other liquid.
• Close supervision is necessary when any appliance is used by or near children.
• Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool before putting on or taking off parts.

Control Panel:

• Temperature Selector: Adjusts the cooking temperature from 100°C to 250°C.
• Operation Selector (Function Knob): Selects the heating elements to be used (top, bottom, both, convection, rotisserie).
• Timer & Inside Light Knob: Sets the cooking time up to 60 minutes and controls the internal oven light.

4. Setup and First Use

Unpacking:

1. Carefully remove the oven and all accessories from the packaging.
2. Remove any packing materials, stickers, or labels from the oven.
3. Wipe the exterior of the oven with a damp cloth. Clean the interior and accessories with warm, soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.

Placement:

• Place the oven on a stable, heat-resistant, and level surface.
• Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the oven (at least 10-15 cm clearance on all sides).
• Do not place the oven near flammable materials or heat sources.

Before First Use:

It is recommended to run the oven empty for approximately 15 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues and odors.

1. Plug the oven into a grounded electrical outlet.
2. Set the Temperature Selector to 250°C.
3. Set the Operation Selector to the "Both Heating Elements" (top and bottom) setting.
4. Set the Timer Knob to 15 minutes. The oven indicator light will turn on.
5. After 15 minutes, the timer will ring, and the oven will turn off.
6. Allow the oven to cool completely, then wipe the interior with a clean, damp cloth. The oven is now ready for use.

5. Operating Instructions

This section details how to use the various functions of your IBELL OTG.

General Operation:

1. Place food on the appropriate rack or tray.
2. Close the oven door securely.
3. Set the desired temperature using the Temperature Selector.
4. Select the desired cooking function using the Operation Selector.
5. Set the cooking time using the Timer Knob. The power indicator light will illuminate.
6. When the set time elapses, the timer will ring, and the oven will automatically turn off.
7. To stop cooking before the timer finishes, turn the Timer Knob to "OFF".
8. Always use oven mitts when removing food or accessories from the hot oven.

Convection Function:

The convection fan circulates hot air inside the oven, ensuring more even and faster cooking. This is ideal for baking, roasting, and achieving crispy results.

• To activate convection, select a function that includes the fan symbol on the Operation Selector.
• When using convection, you may need to reduce cooking time and temperature slightly compared to conventional oven recipes.

Motorized Rotisserie Function:

The motorized rotisserie is perfect for roasting whole chickens or large cuts of meat, ensuring even browning and juicy results.

1. Skewer the food onto the rotisserie rod, ensuring it is balanced and secured with the forks.
2. Insert the pointed end of the rotisserie rod into the drive socket on the right side of the oven interior.
3. Rest the square end of the rod on the support on the left side.
4. Place the drip tray at the bottom of the oven to catch drippings.
5. Set the Temperature Selector to the desired temperature (e.g., 200°C for chicken).
6. Set the Operation Selector to the "Rotisserie" function (usually indicated by a rotating spit symbol).
7. Set the Timer Knob for the desired cooking duration.
8. Once cooking is complete, use the Rotisserie Handle to carefully remove the hot rotisserie assembly from the oven.

6. Cleaning and Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your IBELL OTG.

1. Always unplug the oven from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
2. Exterior: Wipe the exterior surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
3. Interior: Wipe the interior walls with a damp cloth and mild detergent. For stubborn stains, a non-abrasive oven cleaner designed for conventional ovens can be used, but ensure to wipe thoroughly with a clean, damp cloth afterwards to remove all residue.
4. Glass Door: Clean the glass door with a glass cleaner or a damp cloth.
5. Accessories: The baking tray, wire rack, rotisserie rod, and handles can be washed in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely before storing or reusing.
6. Heating Elements: Do not attempt to clean the heating elements. Any food splatters on the elements will burn off during operation.
7. Never immerse the oven body, cord, or plug in water or any other liquid.
