5. Setup and Installation

The MixBubole macerator pump is designed for flexible installation in various spaces, including under basins. Ensure the installation adheres to all local plumbing and electrical codes.

5.1 Pre-Installation Checks

  • Confirm the toilet is a conventional model with a bottom outlet.
  • Ensure adequate space for the pump (L 15.7” x W 11.4” x H 7.5”).
  • Verify power supply (110V-120V/60Hz) is available and properly grounded.

5.2 Connection Steps

  1. Toilet Connection: Connect the toilet outlet to the designated inlet on the macerator pump using the provided toilet connection rubber ring and appropriate hose clamps.
  2. Fixture Inlets: Connect other wastewater fixtures (sink, shower, washing machine) to the available 40mm universal inlets. Secure all connections with hose clamps.
  3. Discharge Outlet: Connect the pump's discharge outlet to the main sewage line. Ensure the check valve with plastic elbow is installed to prevent backflow. The pump offers multiple outlet diameter options (23, 25, 32, 38 mm) for flexibility.
