  • Allow the pads to air dry completely before reattaching them to their protective film.
  • Store the pads in a cool, dry place, preferably in the provided storage bag.

7.2 Device Cleaning

Wipe the TENS unit with a soft, dry cloth as needed. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse the device in water.

8. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your Medcursor TENS EMS Muscle Stimulator, refer to the following common solutions:

  • Device not pairing: Ensure the device is charged and the yellow indicator light is on. Restart the app and try pairing again.
  • Pads not sticking: Clean the pads and your skin thoroughly. If pads have lost their stickiness after many uses, consider replacing them (search B0GFTJRT5X).
  • No sensation or weak sensation: Increase the intensity level in the app. Ensure the pads are firmly attached to your skin and the connectors are secure.
  • Sensation feels strange: It is normal for the sensation to feel unusual during the first few uses. Adjust the intensity to a comfortable level.
