  • Height Adjustment: Gently push or pull the monitor up or down to adjust its vertical position.
  • Tilt: Tilt the monitor screen up or down (+90°/-25°) to reduce glare and find your preferred viewing angle.
  • Swivel: Swivel the monitor left or right (±90°) to share your screen or change viewing direction.
  • Rotation: Rotate the monitor 360° from landscape to portrait orientation.
  • Arm Extension/Retraction: Extend or retract the arm to adjust the distance of the monitor from your eyes.

Tension Adjustment

The arm's tension can be adjusted to match the weight of your monitor. If the monitor sags or springs up too easily, use the included Allen key to adjust the tension screw on the arm. Turn clockwise to increase tension (for heavier monitors) and counter-clockwise to decrease tension (for lighter monitors).

Cable Management

Route your monitor cables through the integrated cable management channels on the underside of the arm to maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Maintenance

To ensure the longevity and smooth operation of your monitor arm, follow these simple maintenance guidelines:

  • Cleaning: Wipe the arm surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the finish.
  • Periodic Check: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they are tight and secure. Retighten if necessary.
  • Lubrication: The mechanical spring system is designed for maintenance-free operation. Do not attempt to lubricate internal components.

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your monitor arm, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

  • Monitor Sags or Drifts Down: The arm tension is too low for the monitor's weight. Use the included Allen key to turn the tension screw clockwise to increase tension.
  • Monitor Springs Up Too Easily: The arm tension is too high for the monitor's weight. Use the included Allen key to turn the tension screw counter-clockwise to decrease tension.
  • Arm is Difficult to Move: The tension might be too high, or the joints might be stiff. Try adjusting the tension as described above. If joints are stiff, ensure all mounting screws are not overtightened.
  • Monitor Wobbles Excessively: Ensure the desk mount (clamp or grommet) is securely fastened to the desk and all arm connections are tight. Check that the VESA plate is firmly attached to the monitor.
  • Monitor Cannot Achieve Desired Height: Verify that your monitor's size and weight are within the specified limits (17-32 inches, up to 9kg per arm). The arm has a maximum vertical travel range.
