- Roof Care: The asphalt roof is weather-resistant, but it is advisable to inspect it periodically for any damage, leaks, or accumulation of leaves and debris, especially after heavy rain or strong winds.
- Sisal Post: Replace the sisal scratching post if it becomes heavily worn to continue providing an effective scratching surface.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your MilleLoom Catio, refer to the following common solutions:
- Missing Parts: If any parts are missing upon delivery, check both packages thoroughly. If still missing, contact MilleLoom customer support with your purchase details.
- Assembly Difficulties: Review the assembly guide carefully. Ensure all pieces are oriented correctly and that you are using the appropriate hardware for each step. Do not force components together.
- Instability: Ensure the catio is placed on a flat, level surface. Double-check that all fasteners are tightened. If the structure still feels unstable, disassemble and reassemble, paying close attention to joint connections.
