  • Do not expose the camera to extreme heat or cold.
  • If the camera will not be used for a long time, charge it to about 50% every few months.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your SVBONY SVGo M3, refer to the following common problems and solutions:

ProblemPossible Cause / Solution
Camera does not power on.Battery is depleted. Charge the camera using the provided Type-C cable. Ensure the power button is pressed and held for 2 seconds.
Cannot connect to the 'Viipulse' app after initial pairing. This can be a known issue. Try restarting both the camera and your smartphone. Ensure Wi-Fi is activated on the camera (double-press button, blue LED). If the camera's Wi-Fi network is not visible, it might be paired to another device or require a reset. Try forgetting the network on your phone and reconnecting.
Video footage appears blurry or not true 4K.Ensure the lens is clean and free of any protective film residue. While the camera records in 4K, actual perceived quality can vary. Ensure sufficient lighting conditions.
Stabilization is not effective, especially on horizontal/diagonal movements. The 6-axis stabilization primarily compensates for vertical vibrations. For highly dynamic activities, some motion blur or instability may still occur.
No clear indication of camera status (on/off/recording).The camera provides brief LED flashes and short sounds. Refer to the 'Product Overview' for LED indicator meanings. Green LED for power/recording, blue for Wi-Fi.
Wi-Fi network is not visible or cannot connect with multiple devices. The camera's Wi-Fi may become invisible after initial pairing or may not support simultaneous connections to multiple devices. Ensure only one device attempts to connect at a time.
Difficulty removing lens protective film, leaving residue.Carefully peel off the film. If residue remains, use a small amount of lens cleaning solution on a microfiber cloth to gently remove it. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Camera overheats during extended 4K recording. The camera features a low-power main chip to manage temperature. However, extended 4K recording in high ambient temperatures can still cause warmth. Ensure adequate ventilation.
