6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Baotree Garden Seat, refer to the following common troubleshooting tips:

  • Cart is unstable or wobbly:
    • Ensure all assembly bolts and nuts are securely tightened.
    • Verify the garden seat is on a flat and level surface. Uneven terrain can cause instability.
    • Check for any damaged or bent frame components. Discontinue use if structural damage is found.
  • Difficulty rolling the cart:
    • Check tire pressure. Under-inflated tires can make the cart difficult to move.
    • Inspect wheels for debris or obstructions that may be hindering movement.
    • Ensure the terrain is suitable for the pneumatic tires. Extremely soft ground or large obstacles may impede movement.
  • Seat does not adjust or swivel smoothly:
    • Ensure the seat height locking mechanism is fully disengaged before attempting to adjust.
    • Check for any dirt or debris in the swivel mechanism or seat post that might be causing friction. Clean as necessary.
    • Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the moving parts if needed.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please contact customer support for further assistance.
