2. Polling Rate Settings
The X11 ULTRA supports an 8000Hz polling rate for ultra-low latency. Adjust the polling rate via the driver software to match your system and preferences.
- Available Polling Rates: 125Hz, 500Hz, 1000Hz, 2000Hz, 4000Hz, 8000Hz.
3. Button Functions and Customization
The mouse features durable optical micro switches for the main buttons and an F-Switch encoder for the scroll wheel. All buttons are programmable through the driver software, allowing you to assign custom macros, media controls, or other functions.
4. Lift-Off Distance (LOD)
Adjust the Lift-Off Distance (LOD) using the driver software to prevent unintended cursor movement when lifting the mouse from your surface. Available settings typically include 0.7mm, 1mm, and 2mm.
Maintenance
1. Cleaning
To maintain optimal performance and hygiene, regularly clean your mouse. Use a soft, dry cloth to wipe the surface. For light dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, but ensure no moisture enters the internal components. Avoid using harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive materials, as these can damage the mouse's finish and internal parts.
2. Battery Care
The mouse is equipped with a 500mAh lithium battery. Follow these guidelines to prolong battery life:
- Avoid fully discharging the battery frequently.
- Store the mouse in a cool, dry place when not in use for extended periods.
- Charge the mouse using the provided USB-C cable. Avoid using uncertified chargers.
- Do not expose the battery to extreme temperatures.

Troubleshooting
Common Issues and Solutions
1. Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on.
- Check the connection mode (2.4GHz, Bluetooth, Wired) and ensure it matches your setup.
- For wireless connections, ensure the receiver is properly plugged in and within range.
- Try connecting the mouse via the USB-C cable to check if it works in wired mode.
- Recharge the battery if it is low.
2. Cursor movement is erratic or imprecise:
- Clean the optical sensor on the bottom of the mouse.
- Ensure you are using the mouse on a suitable surface (e.g., a mouse pad).
- Adjust DPI settings via the driver software.
- Check polling rate settings; a very high polling rate might cause issues on some systems.
3. Buttons not working:
- Check button assignments in the driver software.
- Ensure the mouse firmware is up to date.
4. Connectivity issues (2.4GHz/Bluetooth):
- Move the mouse closer to the receiver/device.
- Avoid interference from other wireless devices.
- Re-pair the Bluetooth connection or re-plug the 2.4GHz receiver.
