Setup & Assembly
Your URLIFE T5 e-bike is 90% pre-assembled. Follow these steps carefully to complete the assembly.
Unpacking and Parts Identification
Carefully remove the e-bike and all components from the packaging. Identify all parts and tools provided.

Handlebar Assembly
- Insert the handlebar stem into the head tube.
- Adjust the handlebar to your preferred height and angle.
- Tighten the quick-release lever and the stem bolts securely.
Fender & Headlight Installation
- Attach the front fender to the front fork using the provided screws.
- Mount the headlight to the front fork and connect its cable.
Front Wheel Installation
- Align the front wheel with the front fork, ensuring the brake rotor slides into the caliper.
- Insert the quick-release skewer through the wheel hub and secure it.

Rear Rack & Taillight Installation
- Attach the rear rack to the designated mounting points on the frame.
- Mount the taillight to the rear rack and connect its cable.

The oversized rear rack provides ample space for carrying essentials.
Saddle Installation
- Insert the saddle post into the seat tube.
- Adjust the saddle height for comfortable riding and tighten the quick-release lever.
Pedal Installation
- Identify the 'L' (left) and 'R' (right) pedals.
- Screw the 'R' pedal clockwise into the right crank arm.
- Screw the 'L' pedal counter-clockwise into the left crank arm.
- Tighten both pedals securely with a wrench.
Gas Pedal/Throttle Installation
- Slide the throttle onto the right side of the handlebar.
- Secure it with the provided screw and connect the electrical cable.
Operating Your E-Bike
Powering On/Off
To power on the e-bike, long-press the power button on the handlebar control panel. Long-press again to power off.
Charging the Battery
The 48V 13AH battery can be charged while installed on the bike or removed. The charging port is located on the side of the battery. A red light on the charger indicates charging is in progress; a green light indicates charging is complete.

LED Display Functions
