Setup
Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge the flashlight. The built-in battery indicator will show the charging status.
- Locate the USB-C charging port on the flashlight body.
- Connect the provided USB-C cable to the flashlight and a compatible USB power source (e.g., power bank, car charger, laptop, wall adapter).
- The battery indicator lights will illuminate to show charging progress. Once fully charged, all indicator lights will be solid.

Operating Instructions
The TUOWEE LB4 features a dual-switch design for intuitive control of its various lighting modes.
Dual Switch Control
- Tail Tactical Switch: Press the tail switch for momentary on/off. A full click will turn the flashlight on or off. This switch provides instant access to the Turbo mode when pressed.
- Head Side Switch: This switch controls the EDC modes.
Mode Selection
- To turn On/Off: Press the tail switch.
- To access Turbo mode instantly: Press the tail switch.
- To cycle through EDC modes (Low, Medium, High): With the flashlight on, press and hold the head side switch to cycle through Low, Medium, and High brightness levels. Release the switch to select the desired mode.
- To activate Strobe mode: Double-click the head side switch.
- Memory Mode: The flashlight will automatically restore the last used EDC light mode (Low, Medium, High) upon restart. Turbo and Strobe modes are not memorized.
