2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation
Proper setup is crucial for the optimal performance and longevity of your appliance.
4.1 Unpacking
- Carefully remove the appliance from its packaging.
- Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during transit. Contact customer support if damage is found.
- Remove all protective films and packaging materials.
4.2 Placement
- Place the water cooler on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is adequate ventilation around the unit, especially at the rear, to allow for proper heat dissipation.
- Keep the unit away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and areas with high humidity.
4.3 Water Line Connection
This is a bottleless unit and requires a direct connection to a water supply line.

The kit includes the necessary components for connecting the water cooler to your water supply: water line tubing, Teflon tape, and a water line connector.
- Locate a suitable cold water supply line.
- Turn off the main water supply before making any connections.
- Use the provided water line, Teflon tape, and connector to securely attach the water cooler to your water supply. Follow standard plumbing practices to prevent leaks.
- Once connected, slowly turn on the main water supply and check for any leaks.
4.4 Initial Startup
- After connecting the water line and checking for leaks, plug the appliance into a grounded electrical outlet.
- Allow the water reservoirs to fill completely before turning on the heating or cooling functions. Dispense a small amount of water from each spout (hot, normal, cold) to ensure air is purged from the lines.
- On the rear panel, turn on the green switch for cold water and the red switch for hot water.
- Allow approximately 15-30 minutes for the water to reach desired temperatures.
- To activate the ice maker, turn on the ice maker switch located on the rear panel.
5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Water Dispensing

- Hot Water: Press the 'HOT' button. For safety, you must first release the child safety lock located above the hot water button.
- Normal Water: Press the 'NORMAL' button.
- Cold Water: Press the 'COLD' button.
5.2 Child Safety Lock
The hot water spout is equipped with a two-step dispensing mechanism to prevent accidental hot water dispensing. To dispense hot water, first push the safety lock button, then press the hot water dispensing button.
5.3 Ice Making Function

- Ensure the ice maker switch on the rear panel is in the 'ON' position.
- The unit will begin producing bullet-shaped ice cubes.
- The ice indicator light on the front panel will illuminate when ice is being made and will stay on when ice is ready.
- The ice maker has an auto shut-off system that stops production when the ice bin is full. It will beep to indicate a full ice bin.
- Kindly note that the ice bin does not keep ice frozen; it is recommended to transfer ice to a freezer for long-term storage.
5.4 LED Display Indicators
- Hot/Cold Indicator Stays On: The machine is actively making hot/cold water.
- Hot/Cold Indicator Goes Off: The hot/cold water is ready to dispense.
- Ice Indicator Stays On: The ice is ready.
6. Maintenance and Cleaning
Regular maintenance ensures the hygiene and efficiency of your water cooler.
6.1 Drip Tray
- The removable drip tray should be emptied and cleaned regularly to prevent overflow and bacterial growth.
- Simply slide out the tray, empty any accumulated water, wash with mild soap and water, rinse thoroughly, and replace.
6.2 General Cleaning
- Unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Wipe the exterior of the unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- For internal cleaning of water reservoirs, consult a professional or refer to specific descaling instructions if provided separately.
