Important Safety Information

Setup and Assembly
Follow these steps to assemble your food processor before use:
- Place the motor base on a clean, dry, and stable surface. Ensure the anti-slip suction feet are securely gripping the counter.
- Place the processing bowl onto the motor base. Rotate it clockwise until it locks securely into place. You should hear a click.
- Select the desired blade or disc for your task. Carefully place the blade/disc onto the central shaft inside the processing bowl. Blades are sharp; handle with care.
- Place the lid onto the processing bowl. Align the lid's safety lock latch with the handle of the bowl. Rotate the lid clockwise until it locks securely. You should hear a second click. The motor will only operate when both the bowl and lid are correctly locked.
- Ensure the food pusher is in place in the feed chute if you are using a disc for slicing or shredding.


Operating Instructions
Once assembled, you can begin processing food. The food processor features a 600W motor and 3 speed settings (0, 1, 2, P for Pulse). The operational noise level is approximately ≤65dB.
General Operation:
- Ensure the food processor is properly assembled and locked.
- Plug the appliance into a 120V electrical outlet.
- Add ingredients to the processing bowl. For slicing/shredding, use the feed chute and food pusher. Do not overfill the bowl.
- Turn the control dial to the desired speed (1 or 2) or to 'P' for pulse action.
- After processing, turn the dial to '0' and unplug the appliance before disassembling.
Specific Functions and Recommended Settings:
- Slicing (Slicing Disc): For vegetables like cucumbers, carrots, potatoes. Use Speed 1 for approximately 20 seconds.
- Shredding (Shredding Disc): For vegetables like zucchini, carrots, cheese. Use Speed 1 for approximately 20 seconds.
- Julienne (Fine Shredding): For specific cuts like french fries. Use Speed 1 for approximately 20 seconds.
- Mincing/Chopping (Chopping Blade): For meat, onions, herbs. Use Speed 1 for approximately 30 seconds.
- Dough Kneading (Dough Blade): For small batches of dough. Use Speed 1 for approximately 60 seconds.


Maintenance and Cleaning
Proper cleaning and maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your food processor.
- Always unplug the appliance before cleaning.
- Disassemble all removable parts: lid, food pusher, processing bowl, and blades/discs.
- All removable parts are top-rack dishwasher safe. Alternatively, wash them by hand in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Exercise caution when handling blades as they are very sharp.
- Wipe the motor base with a damp cloth. Do not immerse the motor base in water or any other liquid.
- Ensure all parts are completely dry before reassembling or storing.
