Setup
1. Unpacking and Initial Placement
- Carefully remove all packaging materials and protective films from the machine.
- Place the espresso machine on a stable, level, and dry surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the machine for ventilation and access to components.
- Ensure the power cord is not pinched or damaged.
2. Initial Cleaning
- Wash the water tank, milk container, drip tray, and coffee grounds container with warm water and mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Wipe the exterior of the machine with a damp cloth.
3. Filling the Water Tank
- Remove the water tank from the back of the machine.
- Fill the tank with fresh, cold drinking water up to the MAX line. Do not exceed the MAX line.
- Carefully reinsert the water tank into its position until it clicks securely.
4. Filling the Bean Hopper
- Open the lid of the bean hopper located on top of the machine.
- Pour whole coffee beans into the hopper. Do not use ground coffee, instant coffee, or caramelized beans, as this can damage the grinder.
- Close the bean hopper lid securely.
5. Connecting the Milk Container
- Fill the milk container with fresh milk.
- Connect the milk container to the designated port on the machine. Ensure the frothing tube is properly inserted into the milk container.
Operating Instructions
1. Power On/Off
- Plug the machine into a grounded power outlet.
- Press the power button on the touch screen. The machine will perform an automatic rinsing cycle. Place a cup under the coffee spout to collect the water.
- To turn off, press the power button again. The machine will perform another rinsing cycle before shutting down.
2. Touch Screen Interface
The intuitive touch screen allows you to select various coffee beverages and customize settings. Icons represent different functions and coffee types.

3. Brewing Coffee
- Place a cup under the coffee spout.
- Select your desired coffee beverage (Espresso, Cappuccino, Latte, Americano, Double Espresso) from the touch screen.
- The machine will automatically grind the beans, brew the coffee, and, for milk-based drinks, froth and dispense milk.
- You can stop the brewing process at any time by pressing the selected beverage icon again.

4. Adjusting Grind Settings
- The machine features a conical burr grinder with 15 precision grind settings, from coarse to fine.
- To adjust, open the bean hopper lid and locate the grind adjustment dial.
- Turn the dial to your desired setting. Finer grinds (lower numbers) are suitable for espresso, while coarser grinds (higher numbers) are for other coffee types.
- Adjust grind settings only when the grinder is running to prevent damage.

5. Milk Frothing
- Ensure the milk container is filled with fresh, cold milk and properly connected.
- Select a milk-based beverage (Cappuccino, Latte) from the touch screen. The machine will automatically froth and dispense milk into your cup before brewing coffee.
- For standalone frothing, select the dedicated milk frothing function if available (refer to the specific icon on the touch screen).

1. Daily Cleaning
- Drip Tray and Coffee Grounds Container: Empty and rinse daily. These components are easily removable.
