Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your dashcam system:
- Prepare the Micro SD Card: The included 64GB Micro SD card is pre-installed. Before first use, it is recommended to format the card directly on the dashcam. Refer to the "Operating Instructions" section for formatting steps.
- Mount the Main Dashcam Unit:
- Clean the windshield area where the dashcam will be mounted.
- Attach the main unit to the windshield using the provided adhesive mount, ensuring it does not obstruct your view.
- Adjust the front camera lens to capture the road ahead. The interior cameras can also be adjusted.
- Install the Rear Camera:
- Mount the rear camera on the rear windshield, ensuring a clear view.
- Route the 6m cable from the rear camera to the main dashcam unit, tucking it neatly along the vehicle's headliner and pillars.
- Connect the rear camera cable to the designated port on the main unit.
- Power Connection (Hardwire Kit for Parking Monitoring):
For continuous power and parking monitoring functionality, use the ACC Hardwire Kit:
- Identify a constant power fuse (B+) and an ACC (Accessory) fuse in your vehicle's fuse box. Consult your vehicle's manual if unsure.
- Connect the red wire of the hardwire kit to the constant power fuse and the yellow wire to the ACC fuse using fuse taps.
- Connect the black wire to a ground point on the vehicle chassis.
- Connect the Type-C end of the hardwire kit to the main dashcam unit.
Alternatively, for basic operation without parking monitoring, use the Type-C Car Charger Cable and plug it into your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket.
- Initial Power On: Once connected, start your vehicle. The dashcam should power on automatically.

Operating Instructions
Basic Recording
The dashcam automatically begins recording when powered on. Footage is saved in segments to the Micro SD card. The front camera records at 2.5K resolution, while the rear and interior cameras record at 1080P.
Loop Recording
The dashcam utilizes loop recording, which means when the Micro SD card is full, the oldest unlocked files are automatically overwritten by new recordings. This ensures continuous recording without manual intervention. Important footage can be protected from overwriting by the G-Sensor or manual locking.

G-Sensor (Emergency Recording)
The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden impacts or collisions. When triggered, it automatically locks the current video segment, preventing it from being overwritten by loop recording. The sensitivity of the G-Sensor can be adjusted in the dashcam settings (High, Medium, Low).
Parking Monitoring
When the dashcam is connected via the ACC Hardwire Kit and the parking monitoring feature is enabled in settings, the dashcam will automatically record and save video if a collision or impact is detected while the vehicle is parked. This feature typically records for a set duration (e.g., 15 seconds) before and after the impact.
Infrared (IR) Night Vision
The dashcam is equipped with infrared lights and WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) technology to enhance video clarity in low-light conditions, particularly for interior recordings. This ensures clear footage even at night.

5G Wi-Fi & App Control
The dashcam features 5G Wi-Fi connectivity, allowing you to connect your smartphone via a dedicated app. This enables faster footage download, live view, video playback, and settings adjustment directly from your phone.
- Download the official LAMTTO dashcam app from your smartphone's app store.
- Turn on Wi-Fi on your dashcam (refer to on-screen menu).
- Connect your smartphone to the dashcam's Wi-Fi network (SSID and password usually displayed on the dashcam screen).
- Open the app to access features like live preview, video download, and settings.

Maintenance
- Micro SD Card Formatting: To maintain optimal recording performance and prevent data corruption, it is recommended to format the Micro SD card every 2-4 weeks. This can be done through the dashcam's menu settings.
- Cleaning the Lenses: Regularly clean the camera lenses with a soft, lint-free cloth to ensure clear video quality. Avoid abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Firmware Updates: Check the official LAMTTO website or app periodically for firmware updates. Updating the firmware can improve performance and add new features.
