1. Introduction

2. Safety Information

4. Setup and Installation

It is recommended that two people carry out the assembly process for efficiency and safety. Ensure you have adequate space for assembly.

4.1. Prepare the Area

Choose a level, clear area for the kennel installation. The dimensions of the assembled kennel are approximately 177.6"L x 118.6"W x 51.5"H (without roof height).

4.2. Assemble the Frame

Connect the galvanized steel tubes to form the base and side frames. Ensure all connections are secure. The frame uses 1.2-inch diameter tubing with 1mm thickness for durability.

4.3. Install the Chain Link Mesh

1. Unroll the chain link mesh carefully.
2. Insert the provided fixing rods into the net along the vertical edges.
3. Attach the mesh to the vertical posts of the frame using the fixing rods and secure them with the provided clamps.
4. Secure the mesh to the horizontal frame tubes using the metal cable ties. It is crucial to pull the net as tight as possible and secure it at each knot to prevent sagging and ensure the dog cannot escape.
5. During installation, separate any overlapping or crossed portions of the netting. Failing to do so may result in insufficient length or an uneven fit.
6. Once the net is installed, if it is too long, fold back the excess and secure it in place with additional ties to resolve the issue.

4.4. Install the Roof Cover

Position the waterproof, UV-resistant PE cover over the top frame. Secure it firmly to the frame using the integrated grommets and ties. Ensure the cover is taut to prevent water accumulation and provide maximum shade.

4.5. Install the Feeding Device and Lock

Attach the adjustable feeding device to the designated section of the kennel. Ensure it can be easily raised and lowered to accommodate different dog sizes. Install the secure lock mechanism on the main gate.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Using the Adjustable Feeding Device

The kennel is equipped with a three-level adjustable feeding device. To use, simply slide the feeding door upwards to access the bowls. Adjust the height of the bowls by repositioning the support bars to suit your dog's height. Ensure the feeding door is securely closed after use.

5.2. Securing the Gate

The main gate features a secure lock. Always ensure the lock is properly engaged when your dog is inside the kennel to prevent accidental opening or escape.
