Setup

1. Battery Installation

  1. Locate the battery compartment on the underside of the alarm clock.
  2. Open the battery compartment cover.
  3. Insert 3x AA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity (+/-).
  4. Close the battery compartment cover securely.

2. Initial Time Setting

  • After installing batteries, the digital display will illuminate.
  • Press and hold the TIME SET button (usually marked with a clock icon) located on the back or bottom of the unit.
  • While holding the TIME SET button, use the + and - buttons to adjust the hours.
  • Release and press the TIME SET button again to switch to minutes adjustment. Use the + and - buttons to set the minutes.
  • Release the TIME SET button to save the current time.

Operating Instructions

Setting the Alarm

  1. Press and hold the ALARM SET button (usually marked with an alarm icon).
  2. While holding the ALARM SET button, use the + and - buttons to adjust the alarm hours.
  3. Release and press the ALARM SET button again to switch to alarm minutes adjustment. Use the + and - buttons to set the alarm minutes.
  4. Release the ALARM SET button to save the alarm time.

Activating/Deactivating the Alarm

  • To activate the alarm, press the ALARM ON/OFF button (or the ALARM SET button briefly, depending on the model) until an alarm icon appears on the display.
  • To deactivate the alarm, press the ALARM ON/OFF button again until the alarm icon disappears from the display.

Tap-to-Snooze Function

  • When the alarm sounds, gently tap Astro Bot's head to activate the snooze function.
  • The alarm will pause for approximately 9 minutes and then sound again.
  • To turn off the alarm completely, press any other button on the clock base.

Night Light Function

  • Press down on Astro Bot's head to activate the built-in night light.
  • Press Astro Bot's head again to turn off the night light.

Maintenance

Cleaning

  • Wipe the clock surface with a soft, dry cloth.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents, as these may damage the finish.
  • Avoid exposing the clock to excessive moisture.

Battery Replacement

  • When the display dims or the alarm function becomes unreliable, it is time to replace the batteries.
  • Follow the battery installation steps outlined in the Setup section.
  • Dispose of used batteries responsibly according to local regulations.
