3. Setup
3.1. V200 Pro Power Connection
The V200 Pro is powered by connecting it directly to the vehicle's 12V or 24V electrical system.
- Ensure the vehicle's ignition is off before connecting.
- Connect the red alligator clip to the positive (+) terminal of the vehicle's battery.
- Connect the black alligator clip to a suitable ground point on the vehicle chassis or the negative (-) terminal of the battery.
- Alternatively, the V200 Pro can be powered via a cigarette lighter adapter if available.
- Once connected, the device will power on, and the display will activate.
3.2. P60 Test Light Connection
The P60 test light operates within a 3-70V DC range and requires no external battery.
- Connect the alligator clip of the P60 to a known good ground point on the vehicle.
- The sharp stainless steel probe is then used to contact the circuit or component to be tested.
- The LED display will illuminate and show the voltage reading upon contact with a live circuit.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1. V200 Pro Operating Modes
The V200 Pro offers multiple operating modes for comprehensive circuit diagnosis. Switch between modes using the designated buttons on the device.
- Mode I (Power Circuit Probe Tester):
- AC/DC Voltage Test: Touch the probe to the circuit. The display will show the voltage and indicate AC or DC.
- Resistance Test: Select resistance mode and touch the probe to the component.
- Diode Test: Use this mode to check diode functionality and direction.
- Polarity Test: The device will indicate positive or negative polarity.
- Activate Components: Use the activation function to safely power components (e.g., motors, lights) for testing. Exercise caution to avoid short circuits.
- Mode II (Circuit Breaker Finder):
- This mode helps locate short circuits, open connections, and broken wires.
- Follow the device's on-screen prompts or indicator lights to trace the fault.
- Tracing Wire: Use the tracing function to follow wires through harnesses or panels.
- Continuity Test: Touch the probe to two points to check for continuity. An audible tone or visual indicator will confirm continuity.
- Ground Test: Verify if a point is properly grounded.
4.2. P60 Digital LED Circuit Tester Operation
The P60 is a straightforward tool for quick voltage and polarity checks.
- Connect the alligator clip to a good ground.
- Carefully touch the probe tip to the wire, terminal, or component you wish to test.
- The digital display will show the voltage.
- The dual LED indicator will show red for positive and green for negative polarity.
- For continuity testing, ensure the circuit is de-energized before testing.
