Maintenance
- Cleaning the Canopy and Sidewalls: Use a mild soap solution and a soft brush or cloth to clean the fabric. Rinse thoroughly with water and allow to air dry completely before storage. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners.
- Frame Care: The steel frame is powder-coated for rust resistance. Clean with a damp cloth as needed. Inspect for any scratches or chips in the coating and touch up with rust-inhibiting paint if necessary to prevent rust.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods or during severe weather, disassemble the gazebo and store all components in a dry, protected area. Ensure fabric is completely dry to prevent mold and mildew.
- Regular Inspection: Periodically check all connections, bolts, and fabric for signs of wear, damage, or loosening. Tighten any loose bolts and replace worn parts promptly.
Troubleshooting
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |
|---|---|---|
| Gazebo is unstable or sways. | Improper anchoring; loose frame connections; strong winds. | Ensure all ground stakes are fully inserted and ropes are taut. Check and tighten all frame bolts. Disassemble in strong winds. |
| Water pooling on canopy. | Canopy not stretched tightly; excessive rainfall. | Ensure canopy is taut and properly secured to the frame. The design includes drainage holes to minimize pooling. If pooling persists, gently push up from underneath to release water. |
| Zippers on netting/curtains stick. | Dirt or debris in zipper teeth; misalignment. | Clean zipper teeth with a small brush. Apply a silicone-based lubricant if needed. Ensure fabric is not caught in the zipper. |
| Fabric tearing or fraying. | Sharp edges on frame; prolonged exposure to harsh weather; improper handling. | Inspect frame for sharp points and cover if found. Avoid leaving gazebo up in extreme weather. Handle fabric carefully during assembly/disassembly. Contact support for replacement parts. |
