2. Getting Started
2.1 Package Contents
Before you begin, please ensure all items are present in the package:
- ALLDOCUBE iPlay 80 mini Ultra Tablet
- Card Pin
- PD20W Charger
- Type-C Cable
- User Manual (this document)

2.2 SIM/SD Card Installation
The tablet supports dual SIM cards and expandable storage via an SD card. Use the provided card pin to open the SIM/SD card tray.
- Locate the SIM/SD card tray on the side of the tablet.
- Insert the card pin into the small hole next to the tray and press gently until the tray ejects.
- Place your Nano-SIM cards and/or microSD card into the designated slots on the tray. Ensure correct orientation.
- Carefully reinsert the tray into the tablet until it clicks into place.
2.3 Initial Charging
Before first use, fully charge your tablet. Connect the provided Type-C cable to the tablet's Type-C port and the other end to the PD20W charger. Plug the charger into a power outlet.
Note: While a PD20W charger is included, the tablet supports PD33W fast charging. For optimal performance during high-load activities like gaming or high-quality video streaming, a separate 33W or higher PD fast charger is recommended to ensure charging speed keeps up with power consumption.

Press and hold the power button to turn the tablet on or off. Once powered on, follow the on-screen instructions for initial setup. The tablet runs on Android 16 with ALLDOCUBE OS 5.0L, offering a user-friendly interface.

4. Maintenance
4.1 General Care
- Keep the tablet away from extreme temperatures, direct sunlight, and liquids.

4.2 Screen Protector
A simple protective film is pre-applied to the tablet screen. When peeling off this film, please be careful not to apply too much force to avoid damaging the screen.
5. Troubleshooting
5.1 Charging Issues
If your tablet is charging slowly or not charging while in use:
- Ensure you are using the provided charger and cable.
- If using the tablet under high load (e.g., gaming, high-quality video), the included 20W charger may not keep up with power consumption. Consider purchasing a separate PD fast charger of 33W or higher for optimal charging performance.
5.2 SIM Card Not Recognized
- Ensure the SIM card is correctly inserted into the tray.
- Restart the tablet.
- Verify with your telecommunications carrier if your SIM card and plan are compatible with the tablet's supported bands.
5.3 Screen Not Displaying
If the screen remains black after powering on, but the device seems to be running:
- Perform a forced restart by holding the power button for an extended period (e.g., 10-15 seconds).
- Ensure the battery is sufficiently charged.
