Setup
1. Initial Charging
Before first use, connect the keyboard to a USB power source using the provided USB-C cable to ensure it is fully charged. The RGB lighting may indicate charging status.
2. Connecting Your Keyboard
The Ducky OK-M offers three connection modes:
- USB-C Wired: Connect the USB-C cable from the keyboard to your computer's USB port. The keyboard will automatically switch to wired mode.
- 2.4GHz Wireless: Insert the 2.4GHz USB dongle into your computer. On the keyboard's rear, slide the connectivity switch to '2.4G'. The keyboard should connect automatically.
- Bluetooth: On the keyboard's rear, slide the connectivity switch to 'BT'. Activate Bluetooth pairing mode on your keyboard (refer to specific key combinations in the operating section). On your device, search for 'Ducky OK-M' and pair.

3. OS Mode Switch

Operating Instructions
RGB Lighting Control
The Ducky OK-M features customizable RGB lighting, including side lighting. VIA Software Customization

Volume Knob

- Press down to mute/unmute audio.

Maintenance
Cleaning
Regular cleaning helps maintain your keyboard's performance and appearance:
- Use the Ducky Ducko brush to remove dust and debris from between keycaps.
- For deeper cleaning, use the keycap puller to carefully remove keycaps and clean the switch area with compressed air or a soft cloth.
- Wipe the keyboard surface with a slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals.
Switch and Keycap Replacement
Thanks to the hot-swappable design, you can easily replace switches and keycaps:
- Use the included keycap puller to gently remove keycaps.
- Use a switch puller (not included, but commonly available) to carefully remove mechanical switches.
- Align new switches with the PCB sockets and press firmly until they click into place.
- Press new keycaps onto the switch stems.

Troubleshooting
- Keyboard not responding: Ensure the USB-C cable is securely connected, or for wireless modes, check battery level and ensure the 2.4GHz dongle is plugged in or Bluetooth is paired correctly. Try restarting your computer.
- Keys not registering: If specific keys are not working, try reseating the keycap and switch. If the issue persists, the switch may need replacement.
- RGB lighting issues: Check the keyboard's lighting control key combinations. If using VIA, ensure lighting settings are correctly configured.
- Wireless connectivity drops: Ensure the keyboard is within range of the receiver/device. Avoid interference from other wireless devices.
