  2. Position the Station: Place the WINBOT OMNI Station on a flat, gap-free surface near the window you intend to clean.
  3. Secure Safety Rope: Secure the station's safety rope to a stable, immovable object such as a table leg or a window railing to prevent accidental falls.
  4. Power On Station: Press and hold the 'Power' button on the station for 2 seconds to start it.
  5. Fill Clean Water Tank: Take out the clean water tank from the station and fill it with fresh water. Do not fill beyond the Max Water Level line.
  6. Add Cleaning Solution to WINBOT: Open the water inlet of the WINBOT and add the ECOVACS WINBOT cleaning solution. Use only the recommended solution to prevent product damage and slipping.
  7. Attach and Wet Wiping Pad: Turn WINBOT over to expose the wiping pad. Pinch the side clips of the wiping pad and lift it upward to remove it. Insert the wiping pad into the designated recesses in the station's cleaning compartment. Close the door and select 'Standard Wash' on the station to wet the wiping pad.
  8. Reinstall Wet Pad: Once the pad is fully wetted, take it out and reinstall it onto WINBOT, ensuring it aligns with the corresponding wide/narrow edges and drive-wheel grooves.

3. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and longevity of your WINBOT W3 Omni.

  1. Clean Wiping Pad: After finishing all cleaning tasks, remove the wiping pad from WINBOT. If the wiping pad is heavily soiled, simply place it into the station's cleaning chamber and choose a wash mode (Standard or Heavy-Duty) based on how dirty it is. Once cleaned, air-dry the wiping pad to prevent odors.
  2. Clean Station's Compartment: If you notice dirt or residue inside the station's cleaning compartment, activate the 'Tub Clean' mode. To prevent odors, leave the compartment door open for ventilation after cleaning and close it only once the compartment is fully dry.
  3. Clean Brush Bristles and Rubber Strips: Please remove the brush bristles and rubber strips from the cleaning discs, clean and wipe them dry, and reinstall them onto the station.
  4. Clean WINBOT Fan and Sensors: Wipe the fan with a clean cloth to prevent any loss of suction on the WINBOT. Wipe the optocoupler sensors and side walls with a clean cloth.
  5. Empty and Rinse Water Tanks: After cleaning, please pour out any remaining liquid from the WINBOT's water tank. Empty the remaining liquid from both the clean water tank and the dirty water tank of the station, and rinse them thoroughly.
  6. Retract Cable: Short-press the 'Retract Cable' button on the station, and the station will automatically retract the cable.
  7. Store WINBOT: Hang the WINBOT on the station hook according to the slot indicators on the back of the device.
