1. Introduction

It includes a 2-seater sofa, two armchairs, and a table with a glass top, all featuring a durable steel frame and weather-resistant textile fabric. Please read this manual carefully before assembly and use to ensure proper setup and longevity of your furniture.

2. Safety Instructions

• Ensure all components are securely fastened before use. Regularly check and tighten screws as needed.
• Do not exceed the maximum load capacities:
  • Chairs: 110 kg (242 lbs) per chair
  • Bench: 220 kg (485 lbs)
  • Table: 50 kg (110 lbs)
• Keep children away from the assembly area. Small parts can be a choking hazard.
• Do not stand or jump on the furniture.
• Place the furniture on a stable, level surface to prevent tipping. Use the height-adjustable feet to compensate for uneven ground.
• Avoid placing hot items directly on the glass table top without protection.
• In strong winds, secure or store the furniture to prevent damage or injury.

3. Package Contents

4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically requires two people and approximately one hour. Follow these steps carefully:

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging and lay them out on a clean, soft surface to prevent scratches.
2. Assemble Chairs:
   • Attach the backrest to the seat frame using the provided screws and Allen key. Do not fully tighten yet.
   • Attach the armrests to the assembled seat and backrest.
   • Once all parts are loosely connected, place the chair on a flat surface and gradually tighten all screws evenly until secure.
3. Assemble Bench:
   • Follow the same procedure as for the chairs, attaching the backrest to the seat frame, then the armrests.
   • Ensure the bench is stable before fully tightening all screws.
4. Assemble Table:
   • Attach the table legs to the table frame.
   • Carefully place the 5mm tempered glass top onto the table frame. Ensure it sits securely in the designated grooves or suction cups (if applicable).
   • Tighten all screws for the table frame.
5. Adjust Feet: Once all furniture pieces are assembled, place them in their desired location. Use the height-adjustable feet on each piece to ensure stability on uneven surfaces.

5. Usage and Placement

The Juskys Genoa furniture set is designed for outdoor use on balconies, terraces, and gardens. To ensure optimal performance and longevity:

• Placement: Position the furniture on a flat, stable surface. Utilize the adjustable feet to level each piece and prevent wobbling.
• Weight Limits: Adhere strictly to the specified weight limits for each component (Chairs: 110 kg, Bench: 220 kg, Table: 50 kg). Overloading can cause damage and injury.
• Weather Conditions: While the furniture is weatherproof, prolonged exposure to extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, snow, strong UV radiation) can affect its lifespan. Consider using a protective cover during harsh weather or storing it indoors during winter months.
• Glass Table Top: The table features a 5mm tempered glass top. Avoid dropping heavy objects on it or applying excessive force.

6. Maintenance and Care

Regular maintenance will help preserve the appearance and extend the life of your Juskys Genoa furniture set.

• Cleaning Frame: Wipe the LongLife powder-coated steel frame with a damp cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a mild soap solution and then rinse thoroughly with clean water. Dry immediately to prevent water spots.
• Cleaning Textile Fabric: The PVC-coated polyester textile is easy to clean. Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the fabric. Allow to air dry completely.
• Cleaning Glass Top: The EasyClean glass top can be cleaned with a standard glass cleaner and a soft cloth.
