Setup and Assembly

Assembly is required for this product. It is recommended that two people collaborate for a safer and more efficient assembly process. Follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the separate assembly manual included with your product.

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Verify all parts against the packing list.
2. Prepare Assembly Area: Choose a clear, spacious area for assembly, preferably on a soft surface to protect the furniture.
3. Assemble Frame: Follow the detailed diagrams in the assembly manual to construct the main cabinet frame.
4. Install Bed Mechanism: Attach the foldable bed platform to the cabinet frame according to the instructions.
5. Install Storage Drawer: Assemble and install the large storage drawer with its caster wheels.
6. Attach Charging Station: Secure the built-in charging station (two power outlets and two USB ports) as indicated in the manual.
7. Final Checks: Ensure all screws are tightened, and the bed mechanism operates smoothly.

Operating Instructions

Opening the Murphy Bed:

1. Ensure the area in front of the cabinet is clear of obstructions.
2. Gently pull the front panel of the cabinet outwards from the top.
3. As the bed mechanism begins to unfold, guide the bed frame downwards until it is fully extended and resting on its support legs.
4. Ensure the support legs are securely locked in place before use.

Closing the Murphy Bed:

1. Remove any bedding or mattress that would prevent the bed from folding. A 6-inch foldable mattress is recommended.
2. Fold the support legs inwards.
3. Gently lift the bed frame upwards, guiding it back into the cabinet.
4. Ensure the front panel is securely closed and latched, transforming it back into a cabinet.

Using the Storage Drawer:

The large storage drawer is located at the bottom of the cabinet. It features 4 caster wheels for easy access.

1. To open, gently pull the drawer handle outwards.
2. To close, push the drawer inwards until it is flush with the cabinet.

Using the Charging Station:

The built-in charging station is located on the side of the cabinet. It includes two power outlets and two USB ports.

1. Plug the bed's power cord into a standard wall outlet.
2. Connect your electronic devices to the available power outlets or USB ports for charging.
