Installation Guide
This section details the steps required to install your MYPIN Smart Keypad Door Lock. Ensure your door thickness is between 38mm to 50mm (1.5 to 1.97 inches) and the door hole is 2-1/8" (55mm).
1. Prepare the Door
Use the provided drilling template to mark and drill holes on your door. Ensure the backset is correctly set to either 2.36" (60mm) or 2.76" (70mm) as required.

The lock automatically detects door swing direction (left/right) during initial installation, eliminating manual configuration.
2. Install the Latch
Insert the latch bolt into the door edge. If your backset is 2.36" (60mm), proceed directly. If it's 2.76" (70mm), extend the length of the latch as shown in the video. Secure the latch with screws.

3. Install the Outdoor Lock Body
Ensure the torque blade is horizontal and align it with the hole on the latch. Pass the power cord through the door.
4. Install the Indoor Lock Body
Connect the power cord and door magnet cable to the corresponding sockets on the indoor assembly. Push them firmly until fully attached. Secure the indoor assembly to the door using the provided screws. Insert 4 AAA alkaline batteries (not included) and replace the battery cover.
Attach the door magnet to the door frame, ensuring it is on the same level as the lock's sensor for proper auto-lock functionality.
