4.2 Pedal-Assist (PAS) Modes and Throttle

The bike features multiple PAS levels (0-3) controlled by the '+' and '-' buttons on the display. Level 0 provides no motor assistance. Higher levels provide more motor power, making pedaling easier. The throttle functions in PAS levels 1, 2, and 3, with the motor providing assistance based on the selected level.

4.3 Gear Shifting

The 7-speed gear system is controlled by a Shimano shifter on the right handlebar. Use the shifter to select appropriate gears for varying terrain and desired pedaling effort.

5. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and safe operation of your electric bike.

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the bike with a damp cloth. Avoid high-pressure washing directly on electrical components.
  • Battery Care: Charge the battery fully after each ride. Store the battery in a cool, dry place if not used for extended periods. Do not expose to extreme temperatures.
  • Brake Inspection: Regularly check the mechanical disc brakes for wear on pads and proper cable tension. Adjust as needed to maintain effective stopping power.
  • Tire Pressure: Maintain recommended tire pressure for optimal ride quality and to prevent punctures.
  • Chain Lubrication: Keep the chain clean and lubricated to ensure smooth gear changes and prevent rust.
  • Fastener Checks: Periodically check all bolts and fasteners for tightness, especially on the handlebars, seat post, and wheels.
