Setup
- Charge the System: Before first use, fully charge the transmitters and receiver using the provided charging case and USB-C cable. The charging case itself can be charged via its USB-C port.
- Connect the Receiver: Plug the USB-C receiver directly into the USB-C port of your compatible Android phone, tablet, or action camera.
- Power On Transmitters: Press and hold the power button on each transmitter until the indicator light illuminates. The transmitters should automatically pair with the receiver.
- Attach Microphones: Clip the transmitters onto your clothing using the integrated magnetic clip. For optimal sound, ensure the microphone is positioned close to the speaker's mouth.
- Apply Windscreens: For outdoor recording or in windy conditions, attach the furry windscreens to the transmitters to minimize wind noise.
Operating Instructions
- Adjust Gain: The receiver allows for 3 levels of gain adjustment for phones and 5 levels for cameras. Use the dedicated controls on the receiver to fine-tune audio input levels for optimal recording.
- Noise Reduction Modes: The transmitters feature 3 noise reduction modes (Weak, Medium, Strong). Press the noise reduction button on the transmitter to cycle through these modes and select the most suitable one for your environment.
- Recording Modes (Mono/Stereo/Safety Track): The system supports Mono, Stereo, and Safety Track recording modes. Select the desired mode via the receiver. The Safety Track mode records a lower-volume backup track to prevent clipping, especially useful when connected to a camera.
- Monitoring Audio: If your device supports it, monitor the audio in real-time through headphones connected to the receiver's monitoring port (if available on your specific receiver model).
- Long Range Operation: The system provides a stable, clear signal up to 300m (984ft) away in an unobstructed environment, thanks to built-in anti-interference technology.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the microphone transmitters, receiver, and charging case. Avoid using liquids or abrasive cleaners.
- Storage: Store the system in its provided carrying bag and charging case when not in use to protect it from dust, moisture, and physical damage.
- Battery Care: For long-term storage, ensure the batteries are charged to approximately 50-60% to maintain battery health. Recharge periodically if stored for extended periods.
- Windscreens: Clean furry windscreens gently by hand with mild soap and water, then air dry completely before reattaching.
Troubleshooting
No Audio / Low Volume:
- Ensure transmitters and receiver are powered on and paired.
- Check the gain settings on the receiver and adjust as needed.
- Verify the receiver is securely plugged into your recording device's USB-C port.
- Confirm your recording device's audio input settings are correctly configured to use the external microphone.
Interference / Poor Signal:
- Reduce the distance between the transmitters and receiver.
- Avoid physical obstructions between the devices.
- Minimize other 2.4GHz wireless devices in the vicinity.
- Ensure furry windscreens are properly attached in windy conditions.
Transmitter Not Pairing:
- Ensure both transmitter and receiver are fully charged.
- Power cycle both devices (turn off, then on again).
- Refer to the quick start guide for specific pairing instructions if automatic pairing fails.
