2. Important Safety Information

3. Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove the vacuum sealer from its packaging. Retain packaging for future storage or transport.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Control Panel Overview
The Beelicious Pro CVS101 features an intuitive control panel with various functions for precise sealing. The angled top panel provides clear visibility of controls and the countdown display.

4.2 Chamber Vacuum Sealing (Upper Chamber)
The roomy upper chamber (approx. 6 L / 300 × 260 × 80 mm) is ideal for sealing liquids, soups, powders, and general food items. It accommodates both smooth chamber bags and textured/embossed rolls.
- Prepare Bag: Place your food item into a compatible vacuum bag. Ensure the open end of the bag is clean and dry.
- Position Bag: Place the open end of the bag flat over the sealing bar inside the upper chamber. Ensure the bag is securely clamped.
- Close Lid: Gently close the lid until it latches. The soft-close damping hinge prevents sudden drops.
- Select Mode: Press the 'WORK AREA' button to select 'Upper Chamber Area'.
- Start Sealing: Press the 'VAC & SEAL' button. The machine will automatically vacuum the air from the chamber and then seal the bag. The display will show the countdown.
- Open Lid: Once the process is complete and the light turns off, lift the lid fully upright and remove the sealed bag.

4.3 External Vacuum Sealing (Lower Zone)
For bags that cannot fit in the chamber, the independent lower work area handles out-of-chamber sealing with compatible textured or embossed rolls. This zone also supports external vacuuming for containers.
- Prepare Bag/Container: For bags, place the open end over the external sealing strip. For containers, connect the accessory hose to the external port and the container.
- Select Mode: Press the 'WORK AREA' button to select 'Lower External Area'.
- Start Sealing/Vacuuming:
- For bags, use the 'PULSE' button for custom vacuum control or 'VAC & SEAL' for automatic sealing.
- For containers, press the 'ACCESSORY PULSE' button.
- Monitor Process: Observe the vacuum process. For pulse mode, release the button when desired vacuum level is reached.
- Remove Item: Once complete, remove the sealed bag or container.

4.4 Marinating Function
The professional 'MARINATE' mode drives flavor deep into food up to 5 times faster than traditional methods. Use this mode with bags in the chamber or compatible containers via the external port.
- Prepare Food: Place food and marinade into a bag or container.
- Position: Place the bag in the upper chamber or connect the container via the accessory port.
- Select Mode: Press the 'MARINATE' button. The machine will cycle through vacuum and release phases to infuse flavor.
- Completion: Once the cycle is complete, remove the marinated food.
4.5 Seal Only Function
Use the 'SEAL ONLY' function to seal bags without vacuuming, useful for delicate items or creating custom-sized bags from rolls.
- Position Bag: Place the open end of the bag over the sealing bar.
- Press 'SEAL ONLY': The machine will heat and seal the bag.
- Remove Bag: Once the sealing light turns off, remove the bag.

5. Maintenance

- Cleaning the Exterior: Wipe the stainless steel exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
- Cleaning the Chamber: The interior chamber can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. For spills, use a mild detergent and rinse thoroughly. Ensure the chamber is completely dry before closing the lid.
- Detachable Drip Tray: The drip tray is removable for easy cleaning. Wash it with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly before reinserting.
