Periodically check the filter located within the brass inlet for any debris. Clean it as needed to maintain optimal water flow and prevent blockages.

Before freezing temperatures occur, disconnect the timer from the faucet and hoses. Remove the batteries and store the timer in a dry, frost-free location to prevent damage.
5. Troubleshooting
- No Water Flow: Ensure the faucet is fully open. Check battery levels. Verify that the watering schedule is correctly programmed and not in OFF or Rain Delay mode. Inspect the filter for clogs.
- Water Leaks: Ensure all connections (faucet, hoses) are hand-tightened. Check that washers and O-rings are properly seated and not damaged. If leaks persist, apply PTFE tape to the faucet threads before attaching the timer.
- Timer Not Responding: Replace batteries with fresh ones. Ensure the dial is set to a valid mode (e.g., AUTO, SET CLOCK).
- Incorrect Time/Schedule: Re-set the clock and verify all programmed watering parameters (start time, duration, frequency) for each zone.
