1. Introduction

This manual provides detailed instructions for the Fire-Boltt Aero Fit TWS Earbuds (Model: BE1700). Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product to ensure proper operation and to maximize its lifespan. These earbuds feature Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity, Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) with Quad Mics, custom EQ settings via the FirePods App, 50ms low latency gaming mode, and IPX4 water resistance.

2. What's in the Box

Verify that all items are present in the packaging:

  • Fire-Boltt Aero Fit TWS Earbuds (Left and Right)
  • Charging Case
  • Charging Cable
  • User Manual

3. Setup

3.1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and charging case. The charging case has a 300mAh high-capacity battery, providing up to 50 hours of total playback. A full charge for the case takes approximately 3 hours.

  1. Place both earbuds into the charging case.
  2. Connect the charging cable to the charging port on the case and to a USB power source.
  3. The indicator light on the case will show charging status. Once fully charged, the light will change or turn off.

FireCharge Fast Charging: For quick power, 5 minutes of charging can provide up to 300 minutes of playback.

3.2. Pairing with a Device

The Fire-Boltt Aero Fit TWS Earbuds use Bluetooth 5.4 for a stable wireless connection.

  1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode, indicated by a flashing LED light on the earbuds.
  2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
  3. Search for "Fire-Boltt Aero Fit" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
  4. Select "Fire-Boltt Aero Fit" to connect. Once connected, the LED indicator on the earbuds will stop flashing or turn off.

The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

4. Operating the Earbuds

4.1. Touch Controls

The earbuds feature intuitive touch controls for managing audio playback, calls, and other functions. Specific touch gestures can be customized via the FirePods App.

4.2. FirePods App for Customization

Download the FirePods App to unlock advanced features and personalize your listening experience. The app allows you to:

  • Customize EQ settings for different sound profiles.
  • Personalize touch controls.
  • Switch themes within the app.
  • Check the battery status of each earbud and the charging case.

4.3. Low Latency Gaming Mode

Activate the 50ms ultra-low latency mode for synchronized audio during gaming, video streaming, and movies. This minimizes audio delay, providing a more immersive experience.

To activate/deactivate: Press and hold the Right earbud for 2 seconds (refer to Table 4.1).

4.4. Clear Calling with Quad Mic ENC

The earbuds are equipped with quad microphones and Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC) technology. This system reduces ambient noise, ensuring your voice is clear during calls and virtual meetings.

5. Maintenance

5.1. Cleaning

Regular cleaning helps maintain optimal performance and hygiene:

  • Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the earbuds and charging case.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
  • Gently clean the earbud mesh and charging contacts with a dry cotton swab if necessary.

5.2. Water Resistance (IPX4)

The Fire-Boltt Aero Fit Earbuds are rated IPX4 water resistant, meaning they are protected against splashing water from any direction. This makes them suitable for workouts and light rain.

Important: IPX4 rating does not mean the earbuds are waterproof. Do not submerge them in water or expose them to heavy rain or strong water jets. The charging case is not water resistant.

6. Troubleshooting

If you encounter issues with your Fire-Boltt Aero Fit Earbuds, try the following solutions:

  • No Sound/Connection Issues:
    • Ensure earbuds are charged.
    • Turn off and on Bluetooth on your device.
    • Forget "Fire-Boltt Aero Fit" from your device's Bluetooth list and re-pair.
    • Place earbuds back in the case, close it, wait a few seconds, then open to reset.
  • One Earbud Not Working:
    • Ensure both earbuds are charged.
    • Place both earbuds back in the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again.
    • Try re-pairing the earbuds with your device.
  • Charging Issues:
    • Check the charging cable and power adapter.
    • Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and inside the case are clean and free of debris.
  • Poor Call Quality:
    • Ensure the microphones are not obstructed.
    • Move to an area with less environmental noise.
    • Check your device's network connection.
